By using the CozyClawzzz website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Orders and Payments
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.
- You agree to provide accurate billing and account information.
- By purchasing subscription products, you authorize CozyClawzzz, LLC to charge your payment method automatically according to the selected subscription plan.
Subscription Plans, Fees, and Minimum Commitment
When you purchase a CozyClawzzz “Subscribe & Save” Monthly Subscription Plan, you expressly agree to the terms in this Subscription Agreement and authorize the recurring charges described below. This Subscription Agreement is part of, and should be read together with, these Terms of Service.
1. Plans, Fees, and Minimum Commitment
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription Plan, you agree to a minimum commitment period of three (3) consecutive monthly billing cycles (the “Minimum Term”). Current monthly subscription pricing and the total minimum cost over the Minimum Term are:
- CozyCalm – Daily Balance: $39.99 / month — total minimum cost $119.97
- CozyGut – Gut Health: $59.99 / month — total minimum cost $179.97
- CozyReset – 3-Step System: $79.99 / month — total minimum cost $239.97
The applicable price and total minimum cost for your plan are clearly disclosed on the product page and again at checkout before you complete your purchase. By checking the consent box at checkout, you provide express, informed consent to these terms.
2. Billing Cycle
Your payment method on file is automatically charged the monthly subscription fee each month on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. You authorize us to collect these recurring monthly payments from the card on file, beginning with the Minimum Term.
3. Minimum Term and Early Cancellation (Remaining Balance Due)
You may cancel your subscription online at any time. However, because you committed to the Minimum Term, if you cancel before completing your three (3) paid monthly cycles, the remaining committed balance for the unfulfilled months of the Minimum Term becomes immediately due. You authorize us to charge that remaining committed balance to your card on file at the time you cancel.
Example: if you cancel CozyGut ($59.99/month) after your first paid month, two (2) months of the Minimum Term remain, so a remaining committed balance of $119.98 becomes due and is charged to your card on file. If the remaining committed balance cannot be collected from your card on file (for example, the charge is declined or the card has been removed), the unpaid amount will be recorded as an outstanding balance that remains owed and which we may pursue through lawful means. We will not attempt to charge a payment method that you have removed or that you have not authorized.
4. Renewal After the Minimum Term
After you complete your third (3rd) paid billing cycle, your subscription automatically converts to a standard month-to-month plan at the same monthly rate, continuing until you cancel.
5. How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time, using the same medium in which you signed up: online by logging in to your account and using the “My Subscriptions” page, or by emailing business@cozyclawzzz.com. To avoid being billed for the next monthly cycle, submit your cancellation at least forty-eight (48) hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellation stops all future renewals. If you cancel during the Minimum Term, the remaining committed balance described in Section 3 applies.
6. Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing. If we do, we will notify you at the email address on file between seven (7) and thirty (30) days before the change takes effect, so you have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.
7. Payment Processing
Recurring payments are processed securely through Square using the card you store on file at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

All website content, including text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, and product descriptions, is owned by CozyClawzzz, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Submit fraudulent or misleading information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CozyClawzzz, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use of this website or its products.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
